Partyin provides a platform for discovering, promoting, and managing nightlife events in Lithuania. Our services include: • Event discovery and browsing • Interactive event map • Event creation and management tools for organizers • User profiles and engagement features • Event promotion and boost options

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Use the Platform for illegal activities • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the Platform's operation • Scrape or collect user data without permission • Circumvent any security measures

Users retain ownership of content they create. By posting content, you grant Partyin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on our Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws. Partyin's logo, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Partyin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for: • The accuracy of event information posted by organizers • User interactions or disputes • Any damages arising from use of the Platform • Third-party services or links Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
